100 Days of Hygge - Day 12

Yesterday, we took little Dylan and his mom to visit a nearby farm park.  This was a real farm back in the 1930s.  Somehow the county acquired the property and they've kept it as a farm from that period.  They've also moved historical buildings like an old school house and I think other buildings to the site.  In addition, the area has an equestrian center with a show arena.  The 4H fair is held here every year and they also host bluegrass concerts all summer.  We went to look at the farm animals.

Peacock mama with chicks.

Inquisitive turkey.  He reminds me of Squidward from Spongebob.

Can you tell this is a goat?

Dylan admiring the chickens.

Little piggies!

BIG piggie!

This little calf was just born last night!  Still a bit wobbly.

Mama was right there though.

Dylan loved the calf and this little girl.  She said 'baby' for the first time.  Dylan, being almost 23 months could say cow, moo and baby!
