This is what I mean about trans stuff being based on the most superficial, consumerist, fashion trendy, exploitative aspects of our media culture. Guess what? If you make being a woman all about make up and you want to sell make up, you want being a human to be all about make up. Everybody wants to wear make up so they can look like sexy cover girls! We are fed this stuff from infancy. The magazine covers, the commercials, the celebrity worship. Our consumer culture (which only sees us as $$$$$$ and not as humans) is just one part of the perfect storm that feeds into the post sexual revolution apocalypse. This kid is 17. How long has he been confused or tripping down this road? Who encouraged him? Or maybe who abused him? How did he get so far from his own biology? This is gnosticism at its most destructive.
Pray for this young man who is being exploited.
